KIEFER Ravena had 22 points, six rebounds, and seven assists as Ateneo dealt San Sebastian its first loss, 81-74, on Friday in the 1st Philippine-Australia Goodwill Basketball Invitational at the Filoil Flying V Arena in San Juan.
After missing a game due to dehydration, Ravena led the Blue Eagles to their second victory against the Stags, who despite falling to 3-1 remained in contention for the title in the tournament organized by Sports Vision and supported by MVP Sports Foundation and Sports5.
The Stags can take home the crown with a win over Arellano on Saturday at the San Juan venue.
The Blue Eagles are already out of the running for the title.
Von Pessumal finished with 17 points for the Blue Eagles.
Jamil Ortouste had 20 points while Bradwyn Guinto chipped in 13 points and 15 rebounds for the Stags.
