John Lloyd Clemente scored 18 points while Justine Baltazar had a double-double of 15 points and 11 rebounds for the Bullpups.
The Bullpups are four wins away from a sweep and an outright spot in the finals.
The Baby Tamaraws fell to 5-5.
In other games, Adamson romped to an 80-26 win over University of the East to climb to fourth spot with a 6-4 record, as University of the Philippines Integrated School won for the second time, beating University of Santo Tomas, 82-71.
