WITH a pair of Soaring Falcons ruling the side events in the UAAP Season 81 Last 1 Standing on Friday, Jerrick Ahanmisi believes that these triumphs are enough proof that Adamson is ready to take the league by storm this season.

“I think so,” he said confidently as the San Marcelino-based crew is coming in this season as one of the contenders.

The hands-down favorite to win the contest, Ahanmisi matched those expectations and bagged the Three-Point Shootout crown, further bolstering his claim as the league’s best sniper.

And they are going for broke this year, with Ahanmisi saying that after two consecutive years of falling in the Final Four, Adamson is aspiring for the big one.

“The whole team has that mindset and I hope everybody knows that Adamson is looking to go past the Final Four this season,” he said.
