ADAMSON'S Jerrick Ahanmisi and La Salle's Ana Castillo stamped their class among the league's best snipers after winning the UAAP Season 81 Last 1 Standing Three-Point Shootout Friday at Mall of Asia Atrium.
Ahanmisi went back to his deadly sniping, knocking down seven balls in his three racks to snare the men's crown.
His mark was enough to outshine the five points logged by his championship foes, Aaron Waban of La Salle, and Miguel Oczon of NU.
Also participating in the men's side were Sherwin Concepcion of UST, Jan Miguel Sobrevega of UE, Jolo Mendoza of Ateneo, Travis Mantua of FEU, and Alain Jethro Madrigal of UP.
Meanwhile, Castillo was just scorching hot, draining four straight long balls before finishing with eight points in the championship round.
She bested rivals Jamie Alcoy of Adamson and Je-Anne Camelo of NU in the Finals, as both wound up with six points apiece.
Ana Mae Tacatac of UST, Angel Gino-Gino of Ateneo, Mikee Gatpatan of UP, Elaisa Crisa Adriano of FEU, and Princess Diane Pedregosa of UE all joined in the women's category.
