ADAMSON looked lost on the floor against powerhouse La Salle, and Jerrick Ahanmisi believes nerves got the better of them.
The Falcons managed to stay within striking distance for 10 minutes, until the Archers put on the pressure and Adamson just crumbled in their UAAP basketball game on Saturday.
"I think coming into the game, we were a little bit nervous, but at the same we were also excited so mostly we just gonna be not as nervous as we were," Ahanmisi said.
"I think we just got lost in our system, we weren't following the system as much as we did in the first half."
Ahanmisi came up with 22 points, but believes he could have done much better.
"I'm not satisfied with it obviously because we didn't win so, maybe if we win, it could have been good," he said.
"My teammates got me the ball and I couldn't get the ball, I tried my best to help them out as best as I could and tonight."
In joint second with a 3-2 win-loss card, Ahanmisi vowed Adamson will bounce back.
"Next game, we're just gonna come back with more fire," he added.
