FAR Eastern University cager Mark Belo missed the final moments of the Tamaraws’ UAAP season debut against La Salle due to cramps.

FEU coach Nash Racela said nothing serious happened to Belo, who needed to be assisted by his teammates to the bench down the stretch in an 82-77 win over the Green Archers.

Fortunately for FEU, Belo’s absence didn’t slow down the Tamaraws’ play as Mike Tolomia stepped up by scoring 13 of his 23 points in the final period.

Prior to being sidelined, the former Sinag Pilipinas cager scored 20 points for the Tamaraws.
