ENCHO Serrano was spotted at the La Salle dugout on Saturday night after the Green Archers' come-from-behind victory over Adamson in the UAAP Final Four.
Serrano, one of the top high school prospects in the country, was seen leaving the dugout of the Green Archers at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum along with high-ranking officials led by the team's chief patron Danding Cojuangco.
Pampanga vice governor Dennis Pineda was also seen coming out of the La Salle dugout. Green Archers big man Justine Baltazar is a product of Pineda's basketball program in Pampanga.
Serrano also hails from Pampanga.
A high-ranking La Salle official said he is not certain about the reason behind Serrano's presence in the team's locker room.
This is not the first time that sought-after recruit has showed up at the La Salle dugout this year.
Earlier in the season, Britisb-based Fil-Nigerian teenager AJ Edu was reportedly seen at the back of the Green Archers bench during one game at the Mall of Asia Arena.
Serrano was initially reported to be heading to National University after his stint with Adamson in high school where he nearly won MVP honors only to be declared ineligible by the UAAP board.
Serrano and Edu later played for the Philippines in the Fiba Under-18 3x3 World Cup earlier this year.
