THE UAAP Commissioner’s Office upheld the disqualifying foul slapped on Adamson’s Don Trollano, which rules him out of the Falcons’ next game against University of Santo Tomas.
UAAP Commissioner Andy Jao said Trollano was caught throwing a punch at Steven Cudal after the University of the East big man bumped into him during one play on Saturday.
Trollano insisted it was not intentional, but Jao disagreed.
“Sumuntok ng ganun,” said Jao, showing a punching motion to the face. “Good call (on the referees).”
Meanwhile, Adamson’s Joseph Nalos will not be slapped with a suspension after he was called for an unsportsmanlike foul for hitting Bong Gallanza in the midsection.
Trollano’s absence is another blow to the Falcons, who are winless in two games.
