KEAN Baclaan’s first season in La Salle may not be done after all.
The flamboyant guard is set to make a comeback in time for the Final Four of the UAAP Season 88 men’s basketball tournament, adding more firepower to the Taft side.

No less than coach Topex Robinson made the confirmation, stating that Baclaan has been on a positive recovery on his PRP treatment for his MCL injury on his right knee.

Curiously, Baclaan’s return will see the Green Archers play his old alma mater and top seed National U, although the odds will be stacked for his crew, with the green-and-white coming in as the No. 4 seed which will have a twice-to-win disadvantage.
Baclaan's bag
Baclaan has only appeared in five games for La Salle, averaging 10.2 points on 34-percent shooting from the field, to go with 4.2 assists and 3.2 rebounds in 21 minutes of play.
He suffered the knee injury back in Oct. 15 in their 111-110 overtime win against University of the East when Wello Lingolingo landed on his knee during a dive for the ball.
That means that once he suits up once more for Robinson's crew, he has been recovering for seven weeks, the expected timeframe for Grade 2 tears.
All in all, good news for the Green Archers who also welcomed back Mason Amos in the lineup, with the Gilas Pilipinas reserve playing in their last two games.
