Jerie Pingoy led the Baby Tamaraws with 19 points, five rebounds and two assists, while Jenner Hassan contributed 16 points and 14 rebounds.
FEU hiked its record to 11-0 with three games remaining in the elimination round.
Women's basketball defending champions FEU Lady Tamaraws, meanwhile, are two wins away from clinching an outright Finals berth after a 93-39 drubbing of University of the East.
Allana Lim had 18 points and eight rebounds and Karen Columna chipped in 12 points for the Lady Tamaraws, who notched their 12th consecutive victory.
Aracelie Abaca scored 20 points and pulled down 16 rebounds as La Salle waylaid University of Santo Tomas, 63-55, to move within a win of securing a twice-to-beat incentive in the semifinals.
In the other juniors match, Ateneo demolished University of the East, 88-60, to boost its Final Four bid. The Blue Eaglets improved to 6-5.
