AFTER a memorable end to his time in the UAAP, Ateneo star Dave Ildefonso is set to take the next step in his blossoming basketball career.
Sources told Spin.ph the newly minted UAAP champion of Ateneo will take his talents to the Korean Basketball League where he's signing to play with Suwon KT Sonicboom.

He is scheduled to make the announcement next week, with Ildefonso building the anticipation after Ateneo's 75-68 Game Three win over University of the Philippines in the UAAP Season 85 men's basketball Finals.
Ildefonso was an integral cog in Ateneo's toughest run to a UAAP men's basketball title under coach Tab Baldwin, leading the team in scoring with 12.1 points, which went along with 8.3 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.1 steals.
The son of two-time PBA MVP Danny Ildefonso won his only UAAP seniors' championship on Monday, scoring only two points but hauling down five rebounds while battling foul trouble since the first quarter.
