ANTIPOLO — Andrei Caracut rescued La Salle in the clutch as the Archers scored a 68-61 victory over the Adamson Falcons on Saturday in the UAAP Season 82 men's basketball tournament at Ynares Center.
The senior guard picked the right time to bury his treys, drilling a pair of long bombs in the final minute to make it a five-point game, 66-61, in the last 28.3 seconds and help the Green Archers halt a two-game losing skid.
Caracut poured 15 points on a 2-of-6 shooting from deep, to go with two rebounds as La Salle improved to a 2-3 win-loss card.
