FAR Eastern University clinched a Final Four berth in UAAP Season 78 men’s basketball tournament after beating University of the East, 71-67, on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The Tamaraws claimed the solo lead with a 9-1 record to capture the first semifinals berth of the season.
Mac Belo and Roger Pogoy led the Tamaraws, who had to turn back a Warriors side which was in contention for most of the game.
