NAZARETH School of National University smashed Adamson, 112-71 Sunday in the UAAP Season 81 juniors' basketball tournament at Filoil Flying V Centre in San Juan.
Gerry Abadiano poured 29 points, five rebounds, and two assists as the Bullpups toyed with the Baby Falcons and cruised to their fourth straight victory.
Terrence Fortea pumped five treys off the bench to pour 23 points, while Carl Tamayo hardly broke a sweat on his way to 14 points and 12 boards.
NU remained on top of the standings with its 9-1 record.
The Bullpups started off with a 23-14 first quarter and went on to grab 44-point leads late in the game. The Bullpups were just the clear aggressors in all fronts, winning the battle of the boards, 64-31, as well as outrunning the Baby Falcons on the break, 39 to 20.
Adam Doria led Adamson with 24 points and four rebounds, while twin Andrey got 10 points, three boards and three assists.
Joem Sabandal was held to just nine points on a 3-of-12 shooting, but still contributed seven assists, five steals and three rebounds.
The Baby Falcons stayed at fourth at 6-4.
