The ever-reliable American reinforcement knocked down the final three points for the Bataan squad to finish the game off at 2:18.
Lamar Roberson scored nine, while finished with five points.
Karl Dehesa added four points, while Chris De Chavez knocked down three in the conquest.
It was an uplifting result for Balanga, which suffered a tough 19-18 defeat to Colorado City earlier in the day.
Canyon Barry, son of NBA legend Rick Barry, paced Colorado with seven points, as Jonathan Octeus and Sanjay Lumpkin nabbed five.
Chris De Chavez scored nine for Balanga Chooks.
Balanga's 1-1 win-loss slate in the Qualifying Draw B was not enough as Colorado City progressed to the main draw, with the champion earning a ticket to the Debrecen Masters in Hungary.
