DEFENDING champion Southwestern University scored its fourth win in as many matches, downing University of Cebu, 81-68, in the Cesafi men's basketball tournament Tuesday night at the Cebu Coliseum.
The Webmasters were able to match pace for three periods before the Cobras took control with a 13-4 run led by Monbert Arong, Mark Jayven Tallo and import Landry Sanjo.
