SUNDAY Salvacion had 20 points as Mighty Sports picked up its second win with a 76-73 decision over AMA Online Education on Wednesday in the Republilca Cup at the Malolos Sports and Convention Center.
Salvacion drained a triple to put Mighty Sports ahead, 76-71, and the team held on for their second win in three games.
Joseph Nalos had 14 points, while Bernson Franco added 10 points for Mighty Sports.
Mighty Sports trailed 43-39 at halftime before Salvacion sparked a huge run that put them ahead, 62-58, in the third quarter.
Mark Olayon and Genmar Bragais each had 18 points, while Jason Riley had 11 points for AMA, winless in two games.
