Soccsksargen, Caraga keep records unblemished in Palarong Pambansa basketball

SOCCSKSARGEN and Caraga kept their slates unblemished on Monday in the Palarong Pambansa secondary boys basketball tournament at the San Jose De Buenavista, Antique.

Soccksargen nipped Mimaropa, 73-72, for its third win, while Caraga defeated Region 1, 69-62, to also stay unbeaten after three games.

Meanwhile, last year’s runner-up Central Luzon won its opening match, defeating Central Visayas, 69-62.

Davao Region beat Western Visayas, 83-68, in its first game, while Zamboanga Peninsula won over Eastern Visayas, 68-63. Bicol Region beat Northern Mindanao, 74-61.
