THE stars were out for Jeremy Lin’s Manila game in the East Asia Super League on Wednesday night.
TNT import Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and his Barangay Ginebra counterpart Tony Bishop were among the PBA players on the sidelines as Lin and the New Taipei Kings faced the Meralco Bolts at the Philsports Arena.

Incidentally, Hollis-Jefferson was Lin’s former teammate with the Brooklyn Nets from 2016 to 2018.
Hollis-Jefferson is still listed as TNT’s import in the EASL even though he has recently been replaced by the Tropang Giga in the PBA by his brother Rahlir, who was also at courtside for the contest.

San Miguel’s Chris Ross, Rain or Shine’s Gabe Norwood and EASL ambassadors and ex-PBA players Jay Washington and Sol Mercado were also in the game to witness Lin, a former NBA player who became known for his ‘Linsanity’ run with the New York Knicks.
Even top officials were also in attendance led by PBA chairman Ricky Vargas, Blackwater team owner Dioceldo Sy, and TNT head coach Jojo Lastimosa.
