SAN Juan defeated Mandaluyong, 76-60, in the MPBL Datu Cup on Tuesday at the San Andres Gym in Manila.
The Knights took a 28-7 lead in the first period and never looked back.
San Juan led by as many as 36 points, 65-29, en route to its 19th win in 24 games.
The Knights face Valenzuela in their last game in the elims.
San Juan is already assured of a top four berth and home court advantage in the quarterfinals.
Navotas scored a 96-92 win over host team Manila in the other game.
Jai Reyes scored 33 points, including 14 in the third period when Navotas fought back from a 12-point deficit. Donald Gumaru added 12 points.
