RIZALDE Angeles scored 21 points as AMA University defeated the Batang Gilas Under-16 national youth team, 85-69, at the start of the 13th Fr. Martin Division 2 Cup basketball tournament at the San Beda gym recently.
The Titans made it a twin kill after routing UNO High School, 132-41, in the juniors division of the tournament featuring developmental teams of participating schools.
Gian Mamuyac scored 12 points for the Batang Gilas.
Diliman College also came up a victory by beating Letran, 78-60, while Manila Patriotic School beat Holy Cross-Pampanga, 99-71, in the other seniors games.
San Beda beat San Sebastian, 84-79, in the juniors division.
