Sotto, 18, is preparing to play for the NBA G-League select team. He is the first international signee of the breakthrough program.
The 7-foot-2 center has been training at The Skills Factory in Atlanta, Georgia since last year.
Meanwhile, the 16-year-old Tolentino is coming off a stellar season for Maryknoll High in Hawaii.

The 7-foot Fil-Am prospect led the Spartans to back-to-back State Championships.
Both Sotto and Tolentino are expected to team up as the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas (SBP) looks to build a solid frontcourt starting with the 2023 Fiba World Cup the country is hosting.
