Joshua Sinclair had 25 points and 10 rebounds, while Jolo Mendoza had 14 including 10 in the first half that saw Batang Gilas take a 47-34 lead.
Indonesia trialed by only four points, 18-22, in the first period.
Thailand holds a 4-1 win-loss slate, its sole defeat coming at the hands of Batang Gilas, 101-45, on opening day.
