RAIN or Shine is keeping head coach Yeng Guiao around for the even longer term.
With still two years left in his current deal, Guiao signed a two-year contract extension that will allow him to coach the Elasto Painters until 2030.

The ball club announced the iconic mentor's signing on their social media accounts.
No less than Rain or Shine team owners Raymond Yu and Terry Que, team governor Mamerto Mondragon, and other officials of Asian Coatings Inc. were present in the signing.
RoS future is bright
With that, the Elasto Painters are banking on Guiao to win championships in the next four years.
The fiery shot-caller has won seven championships, two of which with RoS when it won the 2012 Governors’ Cup and 2016 Commissioner’s Cup.
Guiao is in his second stint with the franchise, spearheading the Elasto Painters’ revival as title contender by reaching the semifinals in five of the last six conferences.
Rain or Shine is on pace for another semis appearance in the 50th Season Governors’ Cup where it is in first-place in Group A with a 4-2 record.
