SAN Miguel guard Jerrick Ahanmisi missed Wednesday’s PBA Governors Cup game against his former team Terrafirma due to sore eyes.
SMB coach Leo Austria said Ahanmisi actually showed up during the pre-game shootaround, but was later advised to go home after showing symptoms of sore eyes.

In his first game against his former team last July 18, Ahanmisi had nine points on 3-of-6 shooting from threes, four rebounds, and six assists.
Prior to the game against Terrafirma, Ahanmisi scored just three points on 1-of-3 shooting in a loss to TNT last Saturday - his first since playing for Gilas Pilipinas in the last Asian Games in Nagoya.
That Gilas team lost two of three games and failed to advance past the group stage.
