UNKNOWN to most fans, Rain or Shine owns perhaps the liveliest locker room in the PBA.
With funnymen like Ronnie Matias, Beau Belga, JR Quinahan, Larry Rodriguez, Jonathan Uyloan, and Chito Jaime around, there is no dull moment in the Painters' dugout, more so after victories.
On this night, it's Belga's turn to be the butt of jokes after his game-long heroics in a 96-93 win over Barangay Ginebra which deservedly earned the wide-bodied, overweight big man Best Player of the Game honors.
Suffice to say, 'Big Boy' Belga was roasted by teammates.
Funnier, though, was the way the roasting stopped and the Rain or Shine locker room turned eerily silent as soon as drillmaster Yeng Guiao walked in.
