Coach Tim Cone can’t say for sure whether Rosario would be available for Friday’s Game 6 at the Smart Araneta Coliseum, as the Gin Kings are on the verge of elimination following a 115-109 loss on Wednesday night.

“He’s having an MRI to find out the extent o his tear,” said Cone of Rosario’s scheduled checkup on Thursday.
“Game time decision for tomorrow (Friday).”
Rosario hurt his groin early in Game 5 that had him held to just a single point and rebound in 11 minutes of play.

He briefly returned at the start of the third quarter, but was eventually recalled to the bench for good.
The 33-year-old Rosario is averging 8.7 points and 7.0 rebounds for Ginebra this season.
The Gin Kings are looking to extend the series to a deciding Game 7.
