The deal, however, has been modified to a one-on-one trade as the Dyip receive veteran Kevin Ferrer in exchange for Munzon.
Originally, the Dyip were to send Munzon and Javi Gomez De Llano to the Batang Pier for Ferrer, Jesper Ayaay, and a future second round pick
The Batang Pier will be Munzon's second team since being selected No. 1 overall by Terrafirma in the PBA 46th season draft.
Ferrer meanwhile, was a 2016 Gilas special draftee and played for Barangay Ginebra where he won two championships, before being traded to NorthPort in 2019 as part of the deal involving Stanley Pringle.
