ANTIPOLO - Chances are Rey Nambatac will be available to play for TNT come the playoffs of the PBA Philippine Cup.
The point guard said that's the timeframe given him, as he recovers from a groin injury that will keep him out for four to six weeks.
"Most likely, playoffs na raw ako makakabalik. Itong eliminations, hindi na raw kaya. Kaya huwag na raw ipilit," said Nambatac after the Tropang 5G's 111-103 win over Rain or Shine Wednesday night.

The Finals MVP of this year's Commissioner's Cup suffered the groin injury in TNT's 111-84 win over Meralco in its previous outing.
But Nambatac said the injury is just a partial tear and there's the possibility of his recovery period being lessened from its original schedule.
"Hindi siya ganun kalala and pwede siyang (recovery) ma-lessen depende sa workout namin," he said.
For the moment, the 31 year old playmaker isn't allowed to do physical activities, as his rehabilitation has just begun.
But in Nambatac's first game out, TNT took care of business against the Elasto Painters to book its fourth straight win. The Tropang 5G tied their victims at 4-3.
