TNT import Ivan Johnson was no longer around when the PBA handed him a lifetime ban for 'cursing and disrespecting' Commissioner Chito Narvasa shortly after his ejection from a game against Meralco on Saturday at the PhilSports Arena.
But that doesn't mean he remained silent - for long.
The controversial import took to Twitter to air his thoughts after becoming just the second import after former Petron reinforcement Renaldo Balkman to be banned for life from the 41-year-old league for an on-court incident.
"The devil is working overtime," Johnson posted on his @ivan_johnson44 account shortly after the ban was handed out.
"The fines I have gotten have never been handed out to nobody. Why the hate against me?" he said in another tweet.
