TNT KaTropa is playing without an import in their PBA Commissioner's Cup game against Blackwater on Friday.
The squad showed up during warm-ups without an import after first-choice Jeremy Tyler was sent home following the KaTropa’s match against Alaska last Sunday.
Tyler finished 16 points and 11 rebounds in his final game with the KaTropa, who he steered to a 3-1 record. But the team will have to go for a fourth win - and a share of first place with Rain or Shine - without him.
Blackwater is winless in five games, but Tyler's absence gives the Elite its best shot at a maiden win under new coach Bong Ramos.
