IT’S still business as usual for Terrafirma.
Despite ongoing negotiations for the sale of the PBA franchise to Starhorse Shipping Lines, the Dyip remained focused on its Philippine Cup campaign, which got off to a rousing start on Friday night with a 95-87 win over Phoenix at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Both coach Raymond Tiongco and veteran guard Terrence Romeo said life goes on for the franchise regardless of the outcome of the sale.
"Sabi ko stay positive lang sila. Ibigay lang nila yung best nila. Kung magpapalit man ng management, kailangan pa rin nilang maglaro kasi trabaho nila yun," said Tiongco. "So ok naman nanalo kami today. So positive lang ang approach namin every game."
Like his coach, Romeo and the rest of the Dyip were surprised when news about the ongoing talks to sell the franchise came out.
But like a true professional, the 33-year-old guard accepts whatever fate will befall the Dyip.
'Ganun naman yung life ng players. Sometimes yung ibang players nga napupunta sa ibang teams," said Romeo, who's no stranger to trades. "Kumbaga kung magte-take over ay iba, andun kami para maglaro sa Starhorse. Pero right now nandito kami para sa Terrafirma."
That's exactly what Romeo did against the Fuel Masters as he torched them for 17 points on 4-of-8 shooting from three-point range.
The former UAAP MVP from Far Eastern University scored all of his output in the second half, including 14 in the third quarter where the Dyip outscored the Fuel Masters, 30-16.
"Nasa moment kami na we're still Terrafirma, so kailangan namin ibigay yung best namin every game for the team," Romeo said. "Tapos tsaka na namin isipin kung ano yung mangyayari pag tapos na kami sa moment namin."
