TEYTEY Teodoro has signed with Barangay Ginebra for the remainder of the season, head coach Tim Cone said on Sunday.
Teodoro only had a one-conference deal with Ginebra after being left unsigned by Columbian following the 2018 PBA draft.
The Kings made sure that Teodoro will remain with the team until the end of the 2019 season, and Cone even hopes Teodoro will be able to play with Ginebra for even a longer period of time.
“We signed him for the rest of the year. I hope to sign him long term,” said Cone.
Teodoro was a serviceable back-up point guard for LA Tenorio in the Philippine Cup, with the former Jose Rizal University standout playing for seven games and averaging 2.0 points per outing.
