JAYLEN Johnson and Glenn Khobuntin have been summoned by the PBA Commissioner's Office after trading punches in a highly-emotional game between Rain or Shine and TNT on Friday night.
Johnson and Khobuntin are facing fines and suspensions after exchanging punches at the end of a physical battle for positioning inside the paint at the final 6:20 mark. Replays indicate Khobuntin threw the first punch, with Johnson retaliating.

Sanctions could be announced within the day since TNT has a game on Sunday against NLEX.
A league source said Johnson and Khobuntin will definitely not escape sanctions due to the fact that the two exchanged punches.

History also suggests that suspensions are in the offing.
After figuring in one of the most unforgettable brawls in recent history, Marc Pingris of San Mig Coffee and Kelly Nabong of GlobalPort were suspended for two games and fined P60,000 each in a 2013 game at the Cuneta Astrodome.
