SAN Miguel survived TNT in a double overtime thriller, 127-125, in Game Two on Wednesday night in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup finals at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.

The Beermen took advantage of the ejection of Terrence Jones and the absence of Troy Rosario in the second overtime due to six fouls to tie the series at one game apiece.

June Mar Fajardo sank two free throws with 32.1 seconds in the second overtime to break a 122-122 tie. Jayson Castro slipped on the following play, leading to a Chris Ross lay-up with 15 seconds left to give the Beermen a four-point lead.

The KaTropa were unable to complete their comeback from 17 points down, with Jones ejected in the 21-second mark of the first overtime due to a second technical foul.
