SAN Miguel Beer smoothly set sail in an arduous odyssey toward a Grand Slam as it cruised past GlobalPort, 97-86, in a PBA Philippine Cup road game at the University of Southeastern Philippines gym in Davao.
The defending champion Beermen flashed their firepower and depth to overcome an early deficit and pull away with the one-sided win in the Petron Saturday Special.
