MATT Ganuelas Rosser likewise opted out of the PBA bubble, leaving defending champion San Miguel minus another key player in its title retention bid.
The veteran winger with the terrific wingspan cited 'personal reason' for not going with the Beermen at Clark Freeport in Pampanga.
"He opted out and talked to management," coach Leo Austria confirmed. "Inaalala niya yung pamilya niya."
His name was not in the 15-man lineup which the team submitted for the Clark bubble set to kick off on October 11.

Ganuelas-Rosser, who's currently in the U.S, made an effort to fly back home and join the Beermen in their quest for a sixth straight All-Filipino championship.
Unfortunately, there weren't enough available flights amid the worldwide pandemic.
"Hindi na siya umabot," added team manager Gee Abanilla.
"He was supposed to fly (back) on Sept. 15, but his schedule was affected by the forest fire in California which compounded his problems," added the SMC official. "Hopefully, his situation with his family and extended family as well, improves."
Ganuelas-Rosser joins injured big man June Mar Fajardo in the sidelines as the reigning MVP is still recuperating from the shin injury he suffered in the preseason.
Veteran Larry Fonacier of NLEX was the first player to opt out of playing in the bubble also due to personal matter.
