SAN Miguel has suffered yet another knee injury, but this time on a diehard supporter.
Janjan Aragones was dancing in celebration as San Miguel was pulling away in overtime on the way to an 86-73 win over Alaska in Game 5 of the PBA Philippine Cup Finals when he slipped and hurt his knee.
The 29-year old fan was among fans celebrating on the Upper Box A section of the Smart Araneta Coliseum when the accident happened, halting the game as medics rushed to his side.
On a scale of 1-10, the pain level is 10, said Aragones later.
"Natumba ako, tumama sa semento 'yung tuhod ko, tapos napahiga ako," he said while he was being attended to by the medics in the hallway leading to the Big Dome locker rooms.

As he was carried out of the stands in obvious pain, Aragones still looked back at the scoreboard, still concerned over San Miguel's lead as the final seconds of overtime ticked away.
San Miguel still trails Alaska, 2-3, in the best-of-seven series and Aragones will have to deal with the injury. But he vowed to be there come Game 6 on Friday.
"Manonood pa rin ako next game," he said.
