SAN Miguel recovered from an early 12-point deficit to grab a 45-37 halftime lead over TNT in Game 4 of the PBA 49th Season Philippine Cup Finals on Sunday at the SM Mall of Asia Arena.
The Beermen fell behind early at 14-2 but quickly came back and trailed by only two at the end of the first quarter, 23-21.

San Miguel gained the lead in the second quarter to move closer to a 3-1 lead in the best-of-seven finals series.
Jericho Cruz and Juami Tiongson each had eight points in the first half, while Chris Ross added seven including a four-point shot - part of a 24-11 finish to the second quarter that led to an eight-point halftime advantage.
Kelly Williams and Brandon Ganuelas-Rosser were responsible for the fiery start of TNT and finished the half with 14 and nine points, respectively.
TNT star Calvin Oftana, however, was held scoreless in the first half, missing his three attempts, although he grabbed five rebounds.
