Going for their sixth straight victory, San Miguel looks to improve its 8-1 win-loss record when it takes on lowly Terrafirma, still winless in eight games.

It will take a gargantuan effort for Terrafirma to upset San Miguel, a team that has shown its depth over the course of the conference.

The Beermen frustrated Blackwater in overtime, 110-107, to extend the winning streak while ending the Bossing's streak of four wins.

The woes continued for the Dyip, who fell to Magnolia Chicken Timplados, 104-83, last Friday for their eighth straight defeat.

Two struggling teams square off in the second game at 7:15 p.m. with Phoenix Super LPG facing NorthPort.

The Fuel Masters and the Batang Pier are in a tie for 10th place with 2-6 win-loss records. Both are on losing streaks with Phoenix on a four-game slump and NorthPort being defeated in six straight games.

Phoenix failed to end its string of losses when Blackwater's Baser Amer drained a game-winning shot for a 91-89 loss for the Fuel Masters.

NorthPort continued its slide after winning the first two games of the conference as it was defeated by Converge, 104-98.
