RUSSEL Escoto and Jerramy King finally got their wish after the PBA approved their trade from Columbian Dyip to NorthPort on Friday.
King was sent to the Batang Pier in a one-on-one trade for Juami Tiongson. Escotto then followed suit as he was dealt by the Dyip in exchange for big men Lervin Flores and Joseph Gabayni.

Both Escoto and King expressed their desire to switch teams prior to the trade with the Batang Pier.
Although Escoto has not been vocal about his preferred team, King made known about his desire to play for Barangay Ginebra in an effort to grant the wish of his grandmother, who's a known fan of the PBA's most popular ballclub.
Tiongson has yet to warm up with NorthPort when he found himself on the trade again.
The Batang Pier acquired the guard out of Ateneo following a trade with NLEX in exchange for big man Michael Miranda.
