RR POGOY missed Sunday’s PBA 49th Season Philippine Cup semifinal game for TNT against Rain or Shine, and it appears that he is also going to be out for Game 4.
Pogoy was not even in uniform in Game 3 after aggravating his hamstring injury that he has been dealing since the quarterfinal series against Magnolia.

With Pogoy out, TNT lost by 21 points to Rain or Shine, 107-86, and saw its lead trimmed to 2-1 in the best-of-seven semifinal series.
TNT coach Chot Reyes said Pogoy remains doubtful for Wednesday’s match-up at the Mall of Asia Arena.
“Hopefully (makalaro) but malabo pa rin ‘yun,” said Reyes. “It’s very doubtful even in the next game.”
TNT sorely missed the all-around play that Pogoy has been displaying in the playoffs.
The Tropang 5G got 28 points from Pogoy during their 98-91 win in Game 1. Pogoy even had 11 points in the brief 11 minutes that he was on the floor in Game 2.
Game 3 winnable
Even with Pogoy out, Reyes said Game 3 was still winnable if they were able to play the right way against a Rain or Shine squad determined not to go down 0-3 in their semifinal series
“It’s a big factor but it’s not an excuse,” said Reyes.
