VETERAN guard RR Garcia is back with Phoenix Super LPG and will be part of the team for the PBA Philippine Cup inside the Clark bubble.
Garcia was initially listed in the league’s free agent list, but eventually found himself returning to the Fuel Masters’ roster in time for the team’s departure to Pampanga by next week.
“Yes, he will be with us,” said Phoenix coach Topex Robinson in a curt reply on Friday.
Garcia is the second player to be plucked out of the free agency list after big man Chris Javier, who was tapped by TnT Katropa.
Also joining the Fuel Masters in their campaign are former Rookie of the Year Jason Perkins and Jansen Rios.

Perkins will be leaving with the team just three weeks after his wife gave birth.
"He will join the bubble as well," said team manager Paolo Bugia. "Raring to play na din siya."
Perkins and Rios initially didn't join the Fuel Masters at the start of team workouts as the former still had his wife pregnant back then, and the latter has three senior citizens living together with him.
But the two were eventually in attendance when the second round of workouts began.
