LOOKS like RR Garcia is the newest member of the Rain or Shine Elastopainters.
The former Far Eastern University standout was spotted in uniform in the Elastopainters’ tune-up game against Phoenix Pulse on Thursday.
A sixth overall pick in the 2013 PBA draft, Garcia has played for GlobalPort, Barako Bull/Phoenix, Star, and San Miguel before suiting up for TNT recently.
Garcia, however, has not played for the KaTropa for nine months, and hasn’t joined practice.
It appears though that Garcia has found a home with the Elastopainters.
