ROOKIE Mark Omega has been traded by Rain or Shine to Converge for its Season 52 second round draft pick.
The Elasto Painters announced the trade Friday after it was approved by the PBA.
Omega was drafted in the second round at No. 20 by RoS during the Season 50 Draft. Incidentally, that pick was originally owned by the FiberXers, but was moved along with a Season 49 second round pick for Mike Nieto in a May 2023 trade.

Omega will not yet play for Converge, however, as he will still see action for Letran in the NCAA. He is actually set to make his Season 101 debut, after transferring from Perpetual, on Friday against Jose Rizal University.
Converge Knights
Converge secures another Knight, as Pao Javillonar, Kobe Monje, King Caralipio, and Kevin Racal are also already on the roster.
As in past drafts, Rain or Shine will pick multiple times again, three to date, in the first two rounds during the Season 52 festivities with the trade.
