RAIN or Shine overcame Bol Bol and the ejection of Jaylen Johnson to beat TNT, 112-109, on Friday in the PBA 50th Season Commissioner's Cup at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
The Elasto Painters won after overcoming an early 18-point deficit to improve to 2-0.
Johnson, however, was ejected along with Glenn Khobuntin in the 6:20 mark of the fourth due to a punching incident.
Adrian Nocum scored over Bol with 9.8 seconds left to settle the final score, enough to claim the win.

Bol missed a three in the final offensive possession of the Tropang 5G.
Johnson finished with 33 points, nine rebounds, three assists, and three steals. He also hit 6-of-13 from threes to set the tone for Rain or Shine to come back from the game.
Nocum had 20 points and 11 rebounds, including that hook shot over the 7-foot-3 Bol to give Rain or Shine a three-point advantage.
Rain or Shine went on a 7-0 blast including a dunk by Johnson to shatter an 89-89 deadlock before the fight broke out.
The Elasto Painters went on another pullaway to break a 99-99 deadlock with Nocum and Luis Villegas also scoring during that stretch.
“When it (fight) happened, I knew parang imposible manalo. Six minutes left and there is really no way or match-up you can do against Bol Bol. When he takes a shot, nagdadasal ka lang na mag-mintis sana,” said ROS coach Yeng Guiao.
“Incredible toughness that the team showed and our prayers just worked dahil mahirap talaga."
Bol had 38 points on 15-of-34 shooting from the field, while also grabbing 16 rebounds, and swatting five shots.
Bol had 15 in the first quarter on its way to TNT grabbing a 47-29 second-quarter lead, but Rain or Shine crawled its way back and chop the deficit to 58-54 at the half.
