A second T was assessed on the veteran coach after questioning the offensive foul called on Leonard Santillan against Converge import Jamaal Franklin.
Guiao was already whistled for a technical foul in the first half for excessive complaining.
The RoS coach exited at the 1:16 mark of the third and the Elasto Painters trailing, 80-69.
The Elasto Painters lost the game, 112-98.
