COLUMBIAN Dyip was quick to the draw and signed up top rookie pick Roosevelt Adams to a max deal on Friday.
Roosevelt will hook up with the Dyip for two years with an option to extend for a third year.
Terms of the deal were not made availabe but if the new rookie deal would be adopted to this year's new rookie batch, Adams could receive a total package of P5 million, including a P200,000 monthly salary on his first year.

Columbian Dyip board of governor Bobby Rosales was on hand during the contract signing to personally welcome Adams to the lineup.
Roosevelt is expected to form an explosive backcourt trio of CJ Perez, last year's top rookie pick, and Rashawn McCarthy with the Dyip.
