TWO teams will end their losing streaks on Wednesday when the PBA Commissioner’s Cup resumes at the Philsports Arena.
NLEX will be in the limelight as it faces TNT in the main game at 8 p.m., while Terrafirma going up against Converge in the curtain raiser at 4 p.m.

All the teams look to get back on track and gain ground in the race for the quarterfinal berth.
Robert Bolick is scheduled to make his NLEX debut while Asi Taulava formally ends a two-decade career with a jersey retirement ceremony at halftime.
The Road Warriors have lost three in a row including a 97-93 defeat to Meralco last December 3 to fall at 10th with a 2-5 win-loss slate.

Bolick, Taulava, and Hesed Gabo have been activated in the roster for the NLEX game against TNT.
NLEX coach Frankie Lim said Bolick will definitely play on Wednesday, and hopes that he will also be able to contribute sooner rather than later as he is groomed to take the role of Kevin Alas, who is recovering from his third ACL injury of his career.
“Iba ‘yung nabibigay ni Robert sa team. Very similar to what we miss kay Kevin Alas. Magandang option to have Bolick. I just hope that it works out. Kailangan Robert has to be in shape to go up and down the court. Sa amin, takbuhan ang kailangan,” said Lim.

Lim also plans to deploy Taulava in the game, but is non-committal to when exactly will he enter.
“We will see how it goes,” said Lim.
The Tropang Giga are at seventh place with a 2-3 record, and have lost two straight games including a 128-123 overtime defeat to NorthPort.
Like NLEX, Terrafirma, at eighth with a 2-4 slate, has also skidded with three straight defeats after their December 3 loss to Barangay Ginebra, 110-99.
Converge has the longest losing streak at 0-6, and is still in search of that elusive win after it was blown out by NorthPort, 115-95.
