Bolick is nursing a hurt hamstring, while Santos has yet to recover from a knee procedure that also kept him out of most games last conference.
"Puwede na rin naman, pero gusto ko kasi pagbalik ko 100 percent na talaga ako," said Santos, who sat out a number of games during the Commissioner's Cup due to pain on the same knee.
Bolick meanwhile, was the league's No. 1 scorer last conference, averaging 21.0 points per game, while finishing No. 2 in assists behind Terrafirma's Alex Cabagnot (6.4) in assists with 6.3 per game.
The former San Beda stalwart also led the league in minutes played with 41.4 per game.
